1. Services
- Mathletes provides small-group and limited 1-to-1 tuition classes focused on Secondary School Mathematics.
- Class schedules and curriculum details are published on our website and may be updated as necessary.
2. Registration & Payment
- A student’s place is confirmed only upon successful registration and payment of fees.
- Fees are payable in advance, according to the billing cycle stated during registration.
- Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of lessons until fees are settled.
3. Attendance & Rescheduling
- Students are expected to attend lessons regularly and punctually.
- Replacement lessons may be arranged if requested in advance, subject to availability.
- Each student is allowed up to 3 rescheduled lessons per academic year.
- Classes falling on public holidays will be rescheduled.
4. Withdrawals & Refunds
- Any intention to withdraw must be notified at least one (1) month in advance in writing.
- No refunds are provided for fees already paid, except under exceptional circumstances at Mathletes’ discretion.
5. Class Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards teachers and peers.
- Mathletes reserves the right to discontinue lessons for students who consistently disrupt classes, with no refund of fees.
6. Intellectual Property
- All lesson materials, worksheets, and resources provided are for the student’s personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While every effort is made to support students’ academic progress, Mathletes does not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.
- Mathletes shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our classes.
